Cancelling an Order
You may request cancellation before the order has been packed or dispatched. Submit the request as soon as possible with your order number and contact details.
Orders Already Dispatched
An order cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Once delivered, it may qualify for a return or replacement under our Return & Replacement Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved prepaid-order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Customised products, special procurement orders and items specifically marked as non-cancellable cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Cancellation by Techsnki
We may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, delivery restrictions or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment received for such an order will be refunded.
